I bought my Megablade with set of Peuguot 206 GTI Nimrod 6.5J alloys shorn with 205x45x16 Goodyear Eagle F1's which I want to change to 13" Diameter wheels - probably Superlites or Revolutions with softer compound tyres - either Yokos or Toyo's w/195's at the front and 205's at the rear (mk5 Cortina calipers/mk3 Escort discs).

The rear arches are non detachable but I believe I can just about squeeze 13 x7" under them - I'd like a 'deep dish' wheel on the rear - can any advise me what wheel offsets I can get away with ?

thx

Hi toby.

On my westy (det arches)i`m running team dynamics pro race 1.2`s on r888`s.

Best wheel/tyre combo on a westfield imho.

Et15 allround with 25mm spacers on the rear.

Originaly was on o.z 16"alloys with 225/45/16`s on the rear eek

Drove like a crock of st untill i bought the new wheels/tyres.

Best mod ever on a 7,lightweight rims and tyres!

Cheers
Lee.

Thx for this. I also think I'll see a significant improvement changing from 16's to 13's.
I do like the TD Pro's 1.2 and they look good on a Westy, but I want a 'deep dish' look and I won't get that with the TD Pro's.

Does yours have 7" wide on the rears and does ET15 offset foul the calipers w/o the spacers ?

I'll consider 7" Superlites with a 15 Et offset but will probaly need to use smaller spacer (vs. 25mm on yours) as I dont have detachable rear wings which accomodate slighty wider wheels (up to 8" I believe?)

Thx
