Is on Easter weekend.
Website http://www.kitcar-shows.co.uk/index.html

I'd be up for taking the Ginetta but I'm not a member of any local clubs and I don't think the O/C has a stand for it.

You do not need a stand, there is a huge car park next to the club car parks. I normally park in the big car park anyway.

As 2kwik mentioned above - southernkitcars has teamed up with 7-Indulgence for an Open Morning on Sunday 4th. They're situated a nice easy 30 min run from the Showground. Idea for those interested is to drop in, meet a few new faces in a smaller environment and then trot across to the show. No doubt there'll be a couple of convoys leaving there around 11.00 to get to the Show around 11.30 ( although of course folks are welcome to drop in and make their own way across).

Just a heads up for anybody who comes up Detling hill to the show.

The scum in their scamming vans sit just half way up or at the top or the hill. Am yet to see a bike or motor show where they don't turn up. When leaving they don't generally give up and will probably be snaking around somewhere.

...'tick' - who was your comment aimed at? ( which route )...
if it was me, a short one - as i'm only 30 mins away from the Showground!
but will do the Indulgence Meet and then convoy across - depedning on time and what people want either a quick m/way stint or A/B's to Detling itself...

Well i'd say it was the same old same old in terms of the stands and attractions. Personally i go to Detling as its not far away and its a chance to catch up with 'car buddies' - as well as having a wander around the trade halls and buying the odd spare part.
Few manufacturers weren't there, but the usual traders were - CBS/SVC etc.

A comment that i heard many times was that it was a bit samey, that it was the wrong weekend - too many folks with other commitments . But for a bit of fun our crowd had a great time: marquee, bbq, music, banter....
