I don't know the actual car, but it looks good value. There has been some money sunk into it, Dunnel engines are not cheap and so therefore I'd imagine their stage 3 kit was north of £2k? Also a genuine unused engine is an easy grand, or at least used to be when I was looking to get rid of my pinto several years ago.
Image wheels are expensive, 13" could easily be sold for some decent money if you want to recoup some money. Coupled with the fact it has some juicy parts such as LSD and RAC bar means I think its a good price. Only fail point is the carbs, but as throttle-bodied cars go for £8k with standard engines I'd still say 7350 is not bad at all. Whip those carbs off and visit Bogg Bros for a bike-tbs conversion and assuming they can play with the Weber Alpha software it could be cheaper than you'd expect.
It hasn't got full weather gear tho, small negotiating point?

I have had a Westfield SEiW for seven years and it came with a hood and sidescreens but I have no idea where the hood is, although I do use the sidescreens much of the time. I put the hood on once and my physio tells me that I might even walk again after trying to get in with it on!
Seriously - you won't use the hood, don't worry about it.

The only thing I'd be wary of is the Weber alpha ECU. They can only be fiddled with by approved dealers. If you live near one then that's fine (the seller mentions Northampton motorsport - VERY good reputation - I used to have a Weber Alpha on my Westie, they were my nearest dealer - 180 miles away!). It looks a stonking car otherwise.
