After 14 years of gathering dust in the garage i have finaly put my caterham replica back on the road.

Question. Its running a silver top Ford Zetec 2.0 Engine (From a M reg mondeo) with twin weber 45 DCOE carbs, on a Dunnell 3d ignition system. The carbs need setting up (its coughing and spluttering) and i wondered if anyone can recomend a jetting spec for the above.

Thanks in advance.

Webcon would be able to suggest something, whether they would be keen to or not I don't know, still if you are buying the jets etc from them I expect they would co-operate.

Personally I would take it to a rolling road and let them do it. Probably around £70 per hour and worth every penny if you got to one with good weber experience

I've not tried using it myself, so I can't say how good or bad it is, but link here might be useful.
