Aluminium Inlet Manifold Welding

My Inlet manifold has recently started leaking.
You can see the joint where the leak is...

When I took the manifold off there is a crack on each cylinder.

I'll get one of our fabrication subbies to have a look at it at work, but does PH think it'll be OK to get it welded?
ETA: If you look at the bottom of the second pic you can see the other side of the plate, which isn't welded. I think it would be best to get both sides welded up.

You can get any decent ally fabricator to weld it.
To stop it bending you can bolt it to a big lump of steel although I doubt it will distort much.
Getting the mating surface for the head flat is a 5 min job for someone with a milling machine.
If the whole fix costs you more than £40 you've been ripped off!
