Hi.

I am an new member and note in the "Rules" that I cannot post anything here for personal gain. What I wanted to post are photos, and a link to my website, showing the build/development of my Toyota Supra with a body conversion to resemble a Bentley GT. The problem is once it's done I intend to take moulds and make bodykits to sell, hence the personal gain bit. Could someone let me know if I can or can not post this, or the correct place that I can post details.

Thanks for your help. Regards Chris

As far as i can see, this is not for personal gain. It is a thread of build that you are undertaking, and informing people of a potential new kit on the market. So long as you don't try and do deals or actively try to sell the product via the forum then this, i say, is acceptable. There is a fine line though. Take a look at threads about the MEV range started by stig mills for examples of threads about his kits. They are more of a descussion about the cars, not sales.

I'd say post it up, you re just building a one-off at the moment, that is what this site is for. If you posted a price list thats different I suppose, but as you are not i'd love to see it.

get your images hosted on either photobucket or a similar equivalent online hoster, or your own website for that matter. Then open the image in your browser and link it with

Post the pics and links to your site. At present this is just info.

Then write a piece in your profile about your business and include links in there.

In future you can then suggest people view your profile.

Cough..See My profile.

Your car looks interesting. I hope if it does become available for retail that only NA+automatic Supra owners go for it, TT manual cars are rare enough as it is!

Thanks for your interest. You obviously found my site via my Profile. My Supra is a TT auto, so it's not so bad. There are still loads coming from Japan.

Yes I looked at your profile. The Auto should theoretically suit the Bentley image smile

..For what it's worth I am not really a 'replica' fan, but as I said your car does look interesting. Are you planning to offer pre-converted cars or just to sell the kit?

Yes, I am planning to supply kits, dopart builds and finished cars if that's what customers want. People can register at www.tributeautomotive/contact and be kept up to date with news and prices.

I have done some test images on Photobucket, so here goes : http://s1046.photobucket.com/albums/b468/TributeAu...
