where to get panels welded in a caterham style?

I want to have my side and rear panels welded together then have the welds ground back flush like Caterham do, about 6 welds each about 12cm long to get the look i'm after.

Does anyone know of someone in the Lincoln/Nottingham area who's handy with a tig?

Its basically the overlap you can just make out next to the rear cycle wing.
