Cost of a Paintjob.

Need a quick piece of advice .
How much to budget for a respray of a Taimar from its original colour to a metalic blue , (no colour band) , by a car paintshop. The body is currently in decent nick , paint just tired ..

Brian the problem with a colour change is painting under the bonnet(the bulkhead). To do it properly, and I know you want a "proper" car, is that you need to take the body off and remove everything from the bulkhead, brake servo, wiring,catches etc.... You will also need to remove the doors and tailgate to paint in the apertures. EXPENSIVE sTeVeR

Thanks again Steve . Was attempting to calculate a budget for the car you mentioned to me . Decided to continue to be patient for the " proper" car to come on the scene...
