M-Series Vinyl Roof

Has anyone got an unwanted pair of the chrome finishing strips that are used to secure the lower edge of the roof vinyl either side of the rear window ? If not, is there a good alternative that can be adpated ? I have phoned DGS and they do not have any new or second hand.

There is a chance that I may have a pair if I decide to remove my vinyl roof and opt for the all over re-spray next summer - if you can wait that long. Can't promise anything though as depends on the old £ situation.

I have found in my garage loft, the two vinyl roof trim strips that I removed from my Vixen S2 prior to its last rebuild. They were fitted by a previous owner to make it into a 3000M look alike. They are aluminium and curved but in neeed of some TLC. There is a strong possibilty that they are original 3000M parts.

Hi Steve, I was speaking to Mike AS you posted, and pointed out your post, I have a set off a car that I'm breaking, and as I said to Mike I'm happy for him to have yours.
