Trying to track down a Vixen - can anyone help?

Hello all,

I'm the RO for the Bristol Region of the TVRCC and I've been contacted by a lady trying to track down an old Vixen in time for a special wedding anniversary - apparently the car was her husbands other love and she's trying to find out what became of it!

Richard Sails from the club has been very helpful in finding out that the car was sold to someone in the Bristol area and last on the road in 1992, and has at some point been resprayed white. The registration is thought to be DVY 918K.

I've posted this in a few other places but if anyone has any other information about this car, please could they contact me or post on here?

ETA I believe you can write to the DVLA and get a list of all previous owners of a car if you have a good reason for wanting it. The "good reasons" include trying to find the history of a car you own. Perhaps you could also pursuade them that good reasons also include trying to track down a car you once owned.. worth a go?
