Vixen values ?

I've been offered a Vixen S2 to restore; the car is complete with a sound chassis and very original from what I can see.
There are so few available it is hard to judge what to pay for a 'project'?
I've seen 10k to 15k being asked for tidy ones, are they actually achiveing this?

I purchased an S3 last year for £8k. Sound chassis, body & mechanics, interior tired but there (apart from seats), poor paintjob but bearable with lots of chips but bearable. Oh it needed new brakes & a new exhaust. Everthing is now sorted having spent over £3k and I'd like to think I'd get most of that back if I put it on the market. 2 similar cars I looked at but need the chassis replacing fetched £4-5k.
