radiator...again!!!

Well today i found a leak... the small pipe on front of rad has vibration cracked out... coolant all over.


Rang the company who re-cored it and takin in tomorrow.

Going to patch/fill other switch hole as running kenlowe sensor and twin 8 inch fans. Also asked about the silver solder... turns out its soft solder. (face near other had pin holes in and leaked at first)


Also get the pipe refitted.


Rather annoyed but hopefully this will fix all the water rad leaks in one go.

If not Im never going back there. shame as apparently RT racing at shuffled use this company too.... :-/

Well it may not be pretty but... it works...

Start with flat copper disc


Then make sure big enough for hole


then shape...



the tin...


then clean and fit to car and test
