TVR Vixen Big Billy

In the late 90s I saw a wildly modified TVR Vixen at David Gerald TVR.
Does anybody know anything about the history, where about today or even has some pictures to share?

Was this one of Paul Tankards old cars, Blue Vixen/Tuscan V8 with very large supercharger?

Not sure about the owner/specs - but the car was a hugely modified Vixen powered by a Ford V8.
