Did anyone note the Vixen in the October 8th MGB GT "restoration" episode?
About 7 minutes into the programme they walk through a barn full of old Jags, MG's etc to get to the BGT they were after. All you can see from the knee level shot is, momentarily, the side view of the nose of a red TVR; forward from the rear of the front wheel arch. The wire wheels and the shape say to me that it is a Vixen S1 or possibly a Mk4/1800S.
Only clues to the location were that the barn was in the Welsh borders, the owner was called Mark and he was wearing a Forest of Dean cap.
I already have one Vixen, so I am happy to share this with you. Anyone no anymore of this vehicle?
I would add that this programme is dire, misleading and full of "fly on the wall" chronically bad acting. However just had two days at home recovering from a virus and had to watch something!
