I`m on the threshold of enquiring on this Griffith. Subject to an extensive restoration the car at present is with a Belgian dealer, lefthand drive although with an English registration, chassis number 0119.
I`ve had a brief glance through both the Filby ad Robson books with no result, grateful for any history.

In The Griffith Years by Mike Mooney on pages 88 - 91 it mentions that there are two cars that trace back to vin 200-5-119, one was originaly purchased by Paul Plummer and modded. The other brought by Charlie Terhune
Thank you,I`m awaiting the arrival of a recently sourced Mooney volume,no doubt caught in the holiday post.Neither name yielded anything on an internet search but what really interests me is the recent, pre restoration, history. What I`m not looking for is a carbon copy of the recent Silverstone Auction car.
