What kind of market for a part-built resto?

Running low on time, enthusiasm and money has led me to consider selling my Vixen S2. I've had the car since '95 and it's been off the road all this time. Some of you may be aware that I was going to build it up as an 'historic' race car, so the chassis has been refurbished, there is a full 'Rollcentre'cage with it, the bonnet was stripped, repaired and repainted orange many moons ago, the interior of the shell has been bleached back to bare fibre glass, the original 15" finned alloy wheels have been refurbished. I no longer have the engine but I do have various big valve heads, inlet manifolds and twin Weber carbs. There is also a lovely race-spec 3.1 Essex V6 that could come with the project as I was intending making a Tuscan V6 race replica!
My question is, is there a market for something like this or do I need to finish it??

Agreeing a value maybe hardest part, effort and expense already put in against effort and expense required to finish???
