Interestingly enough, I know where there is a Vixen 2500 sitting in a barn in the North East of Sccotland (it's sat right beside my 2500), and the reg No. is HUV 3K.

UV is supposed to be central London, possibly supplied by Barmoco? My Vixen 2500 is GF, south west London. Be interesting to see what this car makes as the 2500 always gives the impression of being the least desirable manx tail car.

Is that Brian Dicksons old Car??... if so very surprised to see it for sale..And a very very nice car.
Brian hand polished the wheels and fins on his and actually smoothed the rough cast off...The car was always loved and always immaculate.

The 2500 was a way of standardising the use of TR6 components..Slightly weaker driveline at the back but you can make some very good power out of the old six pot, all be it with more weight over the front end of the car.

Sorry for delay in answering Brian, I only just noticed your post.
I have asked the same question myself, and the the answer was no. The car is undergoing restoration and has had a new powder coated chassis fitted (retaining the 2.5 six).
