74 2500M: shift knob lock nut

Guys, I put a TR3 shift lever in my car successfully. Nice short throws, compared to the TR6 shifter.
However, I'd like to get a lock nut for the shift knob and I understand they're pretty rare.
It's an odd configuration: 7/16, with 32 threads(very fine).
Anyone know where I might get one? Standard sources (Moss and others) don't seem to have them.
