Goldmember made it out onto the road today, and all I can say is WOW!

Planted, responsive, powerful, AWESOME!

Now, Ive had a Tuscan 2 and a few wedges both V8 and V6, but Goldmember handles and drives like a new car, in fact it feels better than my VW oil burner!

To say Im pleased as punch is a bit of on understatement to be honest.

So, I took her to the MOT station the long way round, and once there it was quite obvious that she was overfuelling, so the fella had a play with the idle jets, but still couldnt get the CO's below 9.9, so Im out to the garage tonight to reset the float and see if I can get her MOT'd tomorrow!

Ive also had the original wheels powdercoated as I didnt eventually like the look of the minilite 15's, and in keeping with the theme of the car, up close they look awesome!

wink

hopefully I can tune it up a bit now that Ive got a gas analyser to use, and get the emmissions down to less than 4 on the CO's, and then I can come down all legally!!

The next one is indeed the blue 2+2 FHC, Ive already got the new engine ready, and the chassis needs outriggers, but it shouldnt take long!!
