Well thanks to a lot of canvasing by many in the Classic car world and also people like Quinton Wilson the Chancellor has finally made the exemption as a rolling 40 years great news for lots of M series cars only another 4 years to pay on the 3000s and may sorn it for those winters which might make sense.
