Hi, I don't know if the tuning affects the following but the standard specs are:
Spark Plugs gap 0.025" (0.63mm) - Handbook & Haynes TR5 & 6 Manual
Wheel nut torque - 55-60 lbs ft (7.6-8.3 Kg m) - Haynes TR5 & 6 Manual. This may be for steel wheels. I don't know if alloys make any difference.
Rocker shaft bolt torque - can't find a figure, this may be the same as cylinder head ?
Cylinder head torque - 65.70 (presumably 65-70) lbs ft (9.0 - 9.68 Kg Fm) - Haynes TR5 & 6 Manual
Rocker gaps - 0.010" (0.25mm) cold - Handbook & Haynes TR5 & 6 Manual.
Hope this helps. Are you now keeping your 2500?
Regards,
Chris
