I think there was a story behind that one firstly i think it was a jersey registered car and not registered here so duty to pay when you come to register etc and a few other things but at that price good value

I didnt get as far as looking in to it properly as it sold quick. It did say in the ad "The car is present for viewing at my house in Harpenden, Herts. I was for 5 years TVRCC RO for Herts & Beds and the car was well-known" So I just assumed it was all ok, just goes to show.

Still think it was a steal at 2K with chassis already done and all parts there.
