my 3000s has hose from connector just Under thermostat to top connector heater. Bottom connector heater to auto choke on carb then to water pump.
Can anyone confirm that it's correct because i seem to have an airlock. Auto choke is not getting hot.
Sorry is it's a basic question but i'm still trying to get my head around TVR plumbingconfused

The 3000S is an open heater (with no valve) so the pipe from under the thermostat (check that the pipe connection is open as over time they rust closed) goes through the choke and onto the top of the matrix...then out to the rear of the water pump (via a steel pipe under the manifold that requires up sizing IMHO at the water pump end so that both pipe at that end are the same!!).

many thanks Adrian, i'll check it out as you suggest. I will also remove heater and give it a good flushing out. I flushed out the heater on my 1600M and i was surprised at all the dirt Inside. I think flushing heater mattrix is something that gets forgotten
