Tuscan V6 badge
Discussion
Many original original 'Tuscan' badges will have been removed for resprays. Most now seem to be flat vinyl like the first photo but the slightly raised one which is self adhesive resin as per the second photo is available and the maker reckons they are accurate copies.
Any ideas out there as to which is correct?

First looks good, Second not quite the original font/layout - but still pretty close. But of course could be the photo isn't quite right (with angles and stuff).
I think this is the right one.....it's a David Gerald one, so should be !
The 'V6' metal badge comes from the UK Ford Zephyr I believe, and possibly other models too.

There's four so far which is suprising for so few cars. The rest of the car is good, and yes number two seemed the most likely as just a flat sticker doesnt seem right, however the boffins reckon it is!
As an old carpenter one told me with a Sid James laugh : 'don't forget the knockers when youre painting the door'. I was 10 at the time and didn't get it.

Interestingly (!?) not every Tuscan left the factory with a Tuscan badge.
Here's a photo of Dad's Tuscan V6 when it was new.
And 40 years later....
Dad's Tuscan was the first TVR to be delivered from the Bristol Avenue factory after the move from Hoo Hill in December 1970.
I read in Filby's book that TVR's stock of badges was lost during the move, which doubtless explains the absence of the Tuscan badge...
