Taimar and 3000S late type heater box

hello all. i have just supplied a 3000S owner an entire heater assembly which he is retrofitting to his car due to mot failure and selling problems caused by non-originality.
i managed to get all the bits needed, apart from the innner duct system within the heater box. although it is a straightforward "labyrinth" of some aluminium sheeting incorporating an air flap valve allowing for hot or cold air, and i find it hard to reconstruct it without an example or measures.
so: my question really is: is there anyone out there who has drawings from these parts, or is doing a refurbishment of this particular box, or is able to do some photos of what these internals should look like, preferably with some measurements.
i have but one photo which i will try to add to this topic which has an "exploded" view of the box with internals. the picture was taken from a topic on a more or less similar subject in sept 2012 on this forum.
