Can anyone tell me the origin of the engine mounts for a 711M block in an S2 Vixen please?

I believe they were originally Cortina engine mounts, but people often use the Burton ones that Pete suggested

Thanks for the replies.

Which brackets will I need, are they the Mk1 Escort ones that Burton sell?

I am changing from the original early Xflow to the later 711M, which is wider.

AFAICR, they are standard MK2 Cortina engine mounts - both are right-hand.
These are the metal brackets with bonded rubber rectangular blocks on them.

I think the earlier and 711M blocks are the same width, just different heights, but don't take my word for it.
There are some good articles on the Burton site - well worth a trawl.

Alternatively, give Adrian at exactly-TVR a call and see if he has any in stock smile

Cheers - Simon
