T Slot wheel centres

Just tidying up the wheels for my 1979 S and need some advice on which centres to use...

I have two sets, both in a poor state, one chromed and the other black.

The two types are different shapes. I have stripped the larger one of its black paint.




On the original cars did both shapes exist in both chromed and black versions? Or is one of these not OEM?

Are the ones you have ready to go, or do they need painting first?

I'll put mine in primer tonight then use some modelling filler to try to repair all the dents. If it doesn't work (they are quite battered) I may need a few...
