TVR Vixen radio

I have got a picture from my Vixen S3. Taken in 1981.

I was wondering what kind of car radio this is? It doesn't look like a radio/cassette player.
Maybe anyone recognise this type.

The other thing is that I don't see a carradio aerial on the roof or rear wing....

I do see some big speakers inside on the rear wings left and right:-)

The saddest part of the CB radio era was English people putting an American twang in their accents.

8 Tracks were great, you could get 2 or 3 Albums in an average car.
