Who did the conversion. I know it's not lotus but it reminds me of Shapecraft and Hexagon with the Elanbalance. But it seemed to be the fashion in the past with Flower Power, Hippies, Hendrix, Isle of Wight etc. A bit like Marmite, you love it or hate it
