grantura steering rack

I am currently restoring two grantura's mkII and mk IIa. Both have the mg engine. I read somewhere there was a steeringrack as an option. Steeringrack instead of the Ford steering box.
Unfortunately I have not been able to find out what make these racks are/were.
Can anybody help me out

Citroen Traction Avant may fit with some modification although I have never done this mod so dont know exactly what would be involved

A friend of mine owns a Grantura Mk2a with something that looks like a MGA steering rack. That seems to be the factory option you mentioned.

David Gerald TVR will know what was originally fitted , it will certainly be British .

On a Grantura with RHD originally a Ford Anglia LHD box was fitted upside down. The box was filled with grease instead of oil to prevent loosing the oil. Unfortunatly I do not know exactly the specific part number but if you're interested I can check on one of my cars.
