Well chaps,
Started my four day hit today, as follows:
1 Strip engine, heads away for rework, pistons out rings sized and new big-end shells ordered. bores honed ready.
2 Touch up chassis with given oppertunity.
3 Gearbox off change clutch. gearbox back on.
4 Drive shafts out check UJ's, diff out check front seal and modify rear mounts. Re-grease everything and back together.
5 Rebuild engine.
Wish me luck!!!!
By the way if you are getting timing probs at high revs check your distributer drive cog cos mine was absolutely shaged! Cam looks good though.

Polybushes on the diff with cut outs to miss chassis
Couple of UJ's to replace, rest are good.
Heads needed a couple of valves and a skim
New clutch fitted to gearbox (hope its OK)
Oil pick pipe was well clogged and still getting 50psi pressure
Located used distributor looks OK
Day three tomorrow!!!
