have u fitted polybushes if so are they worth the expense and the hassle,and can u really tell the difference compared to standard rubber bushes.

I have solid poly bushes all round,the top hat type that come as three pieces, two outer plastic halves and a stainless steel inner bush, yes they are an improvement and they do not make the ride to harsh.
Kind of a mid ground for a road car where rose joints maybe to hard core.

I agree with GAJohn. Can you tell the difference - yes. To what extent wll depend on how shot your bushes are now.

There is a trade off to be had here with the tyre type you are using (softwall tech or steel wire braced) the Soft wall will allow harder suspension bushes as they will be part of the suspension compliance.. IMHO, I fit poly bush as a must on the front lower inboard wishbone points and with greater regularity to the outboard top and bottom rear wishbones, BUT IF fitted to the rear lower outer, the alloy casting MUST be centrally packed to stop the bushes from trying to self centre up to the casting and pull through the wishbone...as ever this is road going.
