Spark plugs for Taimar turbo

Hi

I am think about changing the spark plugs on my Taimar turbo, what plugs do people recommend?

NGK palladium up to 230 BHP. if it's more then NGK Iridium. Standard plugs will work OK until 4000 RPM when the turbo can blow the spark out!

I won't quote numbers as I know that yours is something different to what I run....but I use 7's
