I am trying to use as much original parts on my Griff rebuild (bit that don't
have to be uprated for racing).

One of the parts I don't have is the original handbrake.

I can get a kit to replicate the cable kits back to the rear drums, but would
prefer to try to find what the original handbrake is off of (I'll give it a week
or two before I go for a universal replacement part).

Clyde (#118) has kindly sent me pictures of his original hand brake which we
both agree is not from a Triumph, Healey, Herald, or Sunbeam.

Any one know what this is from?

Cheers
Jelly

Boys ...Boys...That lever has been sitting in my loft for years ..powder coated and stripped and zinc plated internals waiting for this very day! AND IF I told the world where they could buy new ones from they would need to have a time machine to pop back and get one, then modify into a TVR version. Surely it is only good that it gets released.

Not too cheap...

Jon, It is a walk in loft the length of the house..the fear has always been it will drop into the lounge/hall and dinning room if some of the parts are not removed!

Doesn,t need to be too big a loft, I,ve managed to squeeze 3 or 4 of those into mine.
