Oil in a '72 Vixen?

What's the favourite tipple for a mildly tuned crossflow? 10-40 Semi-synthetic?

I used millers classic oil. Found that very good.

Type in this on the Millers site.CSS 20w60.
If you look in the description they even say they recommend it for kent/pinto engines.
