Chassis to body bracket

1976 TVR 3000M

There is a bracket in each rear wheel-well that bolts to the upper rear chassis. I've had the body off for several years now and don't recall if some sort of bush needs to be fitted into the small tubular section which fits between flanges on the chassis. Can anyone advise and suggest a supplier ?

It's the seatbelt mounting brackets, I've never seen one with a bush fitted and can't see why one would be required.
