Vixen Rear Brake Hoses

Stupidly bought a pair of rear brake hoses from Rimmers listed as being suitable for a TR6. Part nos. GBH 177 and GBH 178.

They are about 200mm long, whereas I need them to be about 400mm.

Anyone know the correct part nos ?

May be a stupid question but why did you buy parts for the wrong car and expect them to fit. Maybe you could attach them both together and just have brakes on one side. That should save money.


PS please dont try the above, it was a joke and before you try to sue me I have no money either, just a garage full of the right parts.

Not a stupid question at all, I just stupidly assumed that with TR6 brake components, the flexible hose would be the same........

I think the numbers you need are :-

01928719267 or 02476596883 I'm sure there are others...

Think you will find that Land Rover S2A/S3 part no. BFH4370 or RTC3386 will fit. Readily available at less than a fiver each...
