One of my best friends from University is coming over to Washington DC in about 4 weeks, to take up a Physics research post. Hopefully next week he shall have his first taste of TVR, in my Chim 500. Are any of you in DC or near? Maybe he could maybe meet up with you lot for a few pints and the craic ?

Took Mike out in the Chim on Saturday afternoon, he went silent during the first few blasts on straight roads. His best reaction was from a standing start; he gripped the sides of the seat and went pale!

Have booked flights for St. Patrick's Day. Will be in DC for 4 days (13th - 16th March) prior to flying to NYC for the day itself.

Will gladly bring any TVR parts / stuff over for you, as long as its not too heavy or full of drugs

Will be my first trip to the US, am looking forward to it

ah, thats the one where u drove ernest around aint it. Cant really watch it now since it dont wanna load right. Great sounding car from what i remember. shame it doesnt fit in the overhead.
