...has a decent interview with Ben Samuelson (TVR's PR bloke). When asked about the marque's return to the other side of the pond, Mr Samuelson replies 'Watch this space'. the interview speculates that Sebring will provide a suitable platform for intentions to be voiced...

As we have done for the last few years, since the first speculation in years that TVR might return to our shores, we will wait and see what, if anything,
happens. I believe Ben would like to see TVR back in the US market, but how about PW?
Yes, Sebring would be a great venue to make such
an announcement and hopefully a venue that will produce a high finish in class this year for TVR.

Fair enough, give the rumour mill's previous track record I guess there's no point getting your hopes up until the first dealership opens it's doors for business!

I've heard nothing for absolutely ages but have heard more suggestions recently of a possible route into the US.

Can't reveal much more at this stage as I can't corroborate the rumour.

Of course, anytime the slightest tickle is given to us here in the US about the possibility of TVR coming back into the market, it sets tongues to wagging.
Does Ben enjoy teasing us? Is something really afoot? Will TVR take advantage of the opportunity at this year's Sebring 12-hour event to make a big announcement? Reminiscent of the old cliffhanger movies or season-ending television shows. So, as we have done for the past 2 years......we wait.....again....a little longer.......

This year I'd be happy to hear that Tuscan Rs would be racing in the whole ALMS season.
