Barcelona 24hr Race

Anybody entering the Barcelona 24hr Race in September? We are taking our BMW 120d over for the event (same car that finished 2nd in class in the Dubai 24hr this year). As we will be shipping the car from Dubai, does anybody have any tips that we should follow in order to make the customes clearance as easy as possible? I have contacted the event organisers (Creventic) but thought I would also ask here.
