That looks like the ex Nigel Mansell Lotus 92 chassis 5 that was bought by the Patrick Collection in Birmingham many years ago.
If it is then i drove that very car at Silverstone not long after we bought it - also drove the 1962 BRM P578/1 'old Faithful' stack-pipe car that took Graham Hill to the F1 World Championship.
Not the prettiest F1 car although it is adorned with the greatest ever F1 livery.
The simple but oh so effective Black & Gold JPS colours.
