Who will be Alonso's team mate next year?

I cant see Ferrari keeping Massa next year unless he really changes something soon. His performance has been very poor compared to his team mate.
So, who will be Alonso's team mate?
Will they keep Massa as a reliable no. 2? Or sign Kubica? Perez? Kobiyashi? Vettel? Webber? Someone else perhaps?
Maybe they will bring Kimi back?

They've marked the dynamics of the team with his 4-year contract - not complaining, just observing.
Vettel is RBR as Hamilton is McLaren; so they won't budge.
Would like to see kobi in a competitive car - but not Ferrari, I want to see the "real" competitiveness of the man and not "role as #2."
Di Resta is groomed for Mercedes and Rosberg has no need to leave, so I think the limping donkey* will retain the same line-up

Good shout, I completely forgot about Rosberg. Alonso + Webber for 2012 and 2013
Alonso + either Perez or Bianchi in 2014, 15,16
I think Webber would accept number two status in the same mindset that Irvine had at Ferrari. Take the big bucks, keep Alonso honest, know your place, win the constructor's title. They respect each other as well. Then Ferrari still have three years to groom Alonso's replacement alongside him.

And there's the thing. Ferrari can't have a championship contender in the no.2 car because it causes ructions in the team. Massa's as good an also-ran as any to have in the car, and at least he's a cheery chap.Or Massa.

Heidfeld... no way!! The man has proven himself this season he is no longer the quick driver he once threatened to be. Already the Renault boss has been publicly telling him to improve. After years of lambasting him, I was on his side this year. Never again.Or Massa.
As said, Ferrari want someone fast enough to be finishing right behind Alonso and securing the constructors. Perez I'd argue it is too early as they are grooming him to replace Alonso and so it leaves one of three feasible options IMHO, in terms of availability. Massa, Webber or Button, all of which are stop gaps. Button unlikely but not totally unrealistic (knows how to bring in points and is marketable), Webber out of a contract this year so very available and may go there and just keep his head down and take the pay cheque but I don't think it's in his nature to do so. Which leaves a currently mediocre, and increasingly so, Massa.
Arguably Kobaiyashi deserves it on merit, but he isn't particularly marketable and Japan isn't exactly in the market for a lot of new Ferrari cars given the state of the economy. Criminal that he would miss out on a top drive for that reason, but the harsh reality I fear.
Massa, purely because it's just easier to do so. Webber may do an Irvine and start to revolt after realising he has sold his soul, Button might be TOO quick and Ferrari may have no appetite for contract negotiating if Mclaren really want to keep him.
