that was close!! it was funny when he fell over but then a car was coming over and really had to slam to avoid him.

It was comedy but I hope questions are asked about the incident. He did look drunk which, if true reflects very badly on the marshall organisers at Montreal.

I really hope you were joking (in which case add a smilie next time 'cos no, it wasn't obvious). He looked, and self evidently was, clumsy. Anything beyond that is pure speculation: ever heard of Occam's Razor? Given the similar incident on Saturday, on a track that sees little use, do you think it's more likely that a) they're all drunk or b) conditions were slippy?....

I'm wondering if he got caught off-balance with the weight of the extinguisher - not the easiest things to run with.
