On paper it's a great one, but when put through my massive cynicism filter, the MotoGP has been dull as hell this year, the last race was terrible, and Silverstone is a crap bike track. The F1 will be a good spectacle, but again the racing probably won't be. Le Mans is ace, but it's not that TV friendly given that it's 24 hours long, nice to dip in and out of for an hour at a time and the start and finish is always great to see. The TT is ace as always, but the coverage, as always, is complete and utter garbage, almost as bad as that POS 'The Motorbike Show' they seem to be punting out alongside it.
I think I'm finally beginning to recognise I'm getting old and cynical

With the two audi accidents i am not sure it is anymore. Rocky and Mcnish are very lucky
Comes with the territory, still plenty of great cars out there (mmmmm P&M 'vettes
). The Audis are out because of their drivers making stupid mistakes (Fezza was on the racing line, McNish was stupid to bomb it into a gap that didn't exist). Stu R said:

And whilst beer and curry is nice I am sure by now he has a hangover from the beer and a 'ring of fire'. Cheer up man! 24hr has been ok, watched 2 or 3 hrs worth. What odds do you get for a vetted win I wonder I think I'm finally beginning to recognise I'm getting old and cynical
