On a vaguely similar note, there was a version of this video but the subtutles were a Police traffic TPAC briefing, and it was brilliant. I cant seem to find it anymore - anyone got a link?

The user removed it and there doesn't seem to be another copy

Apparently it's the most spoofed clip on you-tube - there are some great versions (inc Where's Wally?, Ipads success, Usain Bolt wins 100m, Hitler can't get a mortgage, Hitler hit by credit crunch & Hitler find's out about all the parady clips) they are all amusing & childish - I've never seen the film version with true substitles!!

Plato is a great driver, not sure if world class but defo better then SPLAT NEAL, although gotta say he does moan way too much!!!!
