Silverstone ticket question query

Just had a great mate of mine on the phone a little concerned re a `ticket`that hes been given or rather part of a ticket...albeit from a reliable source. Apparently (havent seen this myself) but it was a two day? friday `and` saturday ticket with a tear off section, one for each day thats torn off the main ticket on entry each day. Now this is the question...he has been given just the small tear off section for friday but not the main bit of the ticket...will he gain entry? anyone got a pick of an official ticket? as always tia

It clearly states on the main part of the ticket that: "Entry will be denied should any part of the ticket not be presented or become detached".

Another quick question does it state this on the single day and multi day tickets chaps?
