Where to buy a race suit
Discussion
I need a bit of help please,I'm in need of a new race suit as after a very hot and uncomfortable race last weekend I think it's time to to upgrade my 6 year old bottom of the range jobbie for something more modern and light weight,I can't believe how much money they are at about 1k
is there anywhere that sell last years model at a discount or even a place that my sell good second hand one's?
Many Thanks.
Chris.

Most places seem to be similar prices for the best stuff.
Or try these guys as they have some good deals (bought one from Nick last month, free delivery, turned up the next day); nick@motorsportracewear.co.uk

We're awaiting stock. Drop me a PM/email and mention that your a PH'er and I will sort you out a discount - as long as it's Sparco / Puma or Alpinestars. As I said, we are awaiting stock right now so we will be listing the motorsport suits soon. URL is in my profile.

I would go to these guys, custom suit for off the peg brand prices, very well made and their Two layer Carbon X is much cooler than 3 layer nomex.

If your racing in a series, you will likely need a minimum standard suit meeting a certain regulation. In my opinion if this is the case get the suit one up on spec for that just in case factor. I am not entirely clued up with regards to cars as the suits I have used have been for karts which doesn't require much in spec at an amateur level.
