I'm racing in the one of the support races (Sports 2000) and I was under the impression that we were on the Arena GP circuit, however the final instructions from BRSCC show the weekend being run on the old GP circuit (which I thought was defunct now). Can anyone shed any light? I'd hate to think that all this time on the XBox had been wasted!!

Having walked onthe old GP circuit on Saturday and Sunday, it looks like it'd be tricky to use it. No barriers, pedestrian access ramps and damaged surface arounbd Bridge.

That's what I thought. Looks like the BRSCC have used last year's final instructions!

Presumably everything is based out of the new pits & paddock?

They wouldn't let you in the front door! Not until it's been roughed up a bit more by the F1 posers, hysterics fighting in the pit lane and such.....

How are all the Britcar Teams going to fit in the garages? Do we share? With 76 cars and 30 or so garages I guess we must do?

Was just thinking the same...I guess the pitwall will get a bit cosy too! Perhaps preference should be given to cars that are yellow?

We don't get anywhere near the garages anyway! So which start / finish line is used? Is Copse the first corner or not?

The full GP circuit but from the heritage pits & start/finish (which is better IMO as the wing doesn't have any atmosphere).

And you cant get to the stupid wing as theres no tunnel or bridge so you have to treak miles, was very annoying at the weekend!

I'm hoping it's all the same as in the past. When the 24hours is up, it'll be pretty crap if the chequered flag is by the new pits and we're all clambered over the old ones.

Shirley it is just like R1 of the britcar championship, new GP circuit, old pit, old start/finish. That's all.

More interesting would be the garage plan for 76 into 40, although I suspect that 76 is still sort of "provisional", as teams wrestle with finding a 4th driver etc with budget.

Iv seen 2-3 cars in the garages in past 24 hrs so yeah its sort of garage share.
