only ever seen one genuine F1 car on the hills in the UK, that was a Jordan back around 1993/4. it bit the owner hard at shelsley and went over the banking... most of the big single seaters that arent gould or pilbeams in the videos are ex F3000/Nippon cars.

There was a Welshman Alvin something if I recall correctly who turned up at Gurston with a ex Rothmans March I think it was. Failed noise test until a couple of the farm tractor silencers were liberated and attached to quiet it enough to run.
