Left foot braking

Am i right in thinking the vast majority of single seat cars/drivers, that do not need a clutch when driving ,will use left foot braking?

So where is the clutch in lower formula? Are most hand clutches? If not, is the brake offset to the left of the tub away from the accelerator?

some are hand clutch, some are foot clutch as normal (just not used once moving)...depends on the car/configuration...
